She has worked both as an internal OD consultant, and as external consultant with a wide range of clients from both public and private sectors.
She specialises in helping teams and individuals learn how to develop versatility in their ways of working, in particular in relationship building and personal style.
She recently completed a Masters programme in management development, where she researched the field of emotional intelligence.
Her interest lies particularly in how people can extend their abilities of self-awareness and awareness of their impact on others.
Her recent clients include Central Government departments, charitable organisations, professional service firms, Universities, and major blue-chip companies.

Robert Gibson has extensive experience working in the field of whole organisation, team and individual development. His background includes 10 years in ICI plc, latterly in a senior strategic role.
Over the last 13 years his consulting work has included projects within Industry, the financial services sector and the professions (Legal, Engineering and Medical) as well as within the Public Sector (NHS, Higher Education and Civil Service College).
Much of Robert's recent work has focused on 1:1 development with clients ranging from executives in major plc's and the NHS, through vice-chancellors and other high level leaders of universities to senior consultants in high profile consulting practices.
His work often extends into wider interventions where the integration of personal and team issues can significantly add value on a larger scale.

Jean Woollard is an experienced and skilled consultant, trainer, coach and facilitator specialising in helping individuals and teams to realise their potential and contribute fully to the success of their organisations.
Her background as a professional actor, a teacher in secondary education and an internal trainer and consultant for both the GLC and Sun Alliance Insurance Group has provided her with a rich variety of skill and experience upon which to draw.
She has a special interest and expertise in diversity and womens development. Her extensive experience in these related fields includes helping organisations develop and implement diversity strategies, designing and delivering diversity training for managers and staff and providing organisations with a comprehensive consulting, training and coaching service to support womens career development and increase the representation of women at senior levels.
She is the co-leader of an established womens development network and has recently launched Signature Leadership, a new development programme for women.
