Developing consultants - external and internal - is at the heart of our professional specialism. Over the past year we have worked with clients to design and deliver development programmes aimed at building consultant capability, particularly in the area of using client-centric and customer-focued approaches. We are now in our third year of working in partnership with a client, running a development programme for all their consutlant recruits.
