As part of her training to become a qualified coach supervisor, Jean is currently offering one-to-one supervision to a number of experienced coaches. She has recently successfully completed a training module on Group Supervision and is looking for opportunities to practice her skills in this area. If you are part of an existing coaching supervision group or would be interested in taking part in group supervision of your work as a coach, please contact Jean for details.
In a recent report, CIPD highlighted the importance of good supervision to the longer-term support and continued development of internal/external coaches. Jean will be running a short evening workshop on coaching supervision for CIPD Central London Branch on Wednesday 23rd September. The workshop is free to members CIPD members.
