We believe in using innovative approaches to our development programmes, so that participants are engaged and involved in exploring issues related to improving effectiveness.
Our associates include a team of actors, who are highly skilled at bringing situations to life. They use a variety of techniques, including: - acting out scenarios which illustrate typical management issues, and how they can be handled; - role-playing with participants, so that they can practice management skills and different approaches in a realistic manner; - providing a “forum theatre” approach, where they act out scenarios as directed/coached by workshop participants, thus enabling different approaches to be demonstrated and evaluated.
Our actors are highly skilled at quickly understanding the client culture and workplace issues. They are able to portray situations realistically, and with humour. They are skilled at giving feedback and motivating individuals and groups to participate and experiment.
