As part of her training to become a qualified coach supervisor, Jean is currently offering one-to-one supervision to a number of experienced coaches. She has recently successfully completed a training module on Group Supervision and is looking for opportunities to practice her skills in this area. In a recent report, CIPD highlighted the importance of good supervision to the longer-term support and continued development of internal/external coaches. Jean and partners' associate Carol Pickering will be running a short evening workshop on coaching supervision for CIPD Central London Branch on Wednesday 23rd September.
