Jean Woollard co-founded partners in development in 2000 with her long standing colleagues and friends Christine Dyke and Robert Gibson. Christine and Robert have since retired as Directors but Jean continues their approach to consulting which aims to work in partnership with clients to create learning and development programmes that are tailored to the needs of individuals, teams and organisations.
